Classic biscuit of the Sicilian tradition, what is commonly called "almond paste", in Sicilian "past`imennula". Produced exclusively with artisanal method, passing our almonds through a machine called "refiner". The special granite rollers grind the almond until it is transformed into flour of the prized fruit. This is how we obtain our almond flour which, however, will have maintained all its organoleptic properties in the meantime.
Our almond biscuits will therefore have a different flavour from the others, standing out for the multiplicity of nuances of flavour that you can enjoy ONLY BY TASTING THEM!!!
