GRANITA 🍨
dissolve 200g of dark block in 1L of cold water, add 250g of sugar, blend and filter. Place in the freezer or use an ice cream maker.
ALMOND MILK 🥛
dissolve 200g of light block in 1L of cold water, add 50/70g of sugar, blend and filter.
Store in the refrigerator using a glass bottle and consume within 3 days.
