Can I make a return?

Given the nature of our products, returns are not possible but by contacting us, we will be happy to find a solution to satisfy the customer.

Can your products be consumed by celiacs?

Although our catalog includes products that do not include the use of gluten, we do not recommend consumption by people intolerant to this allergen because the processing does not take place in a protected environment, therefore contamination from this allergen could be present.

How long will it take to receive my package?

After confirming your order, we will prepare your items quickly, shipping within 48 hours, after which within 5 working days (barring unforeseen circumstances) you will receive your package. We will however provide a tracking code to monitor the shipment.
